I founded Rosen Realty around one simple belief:

Over the past seven years, I've helped lease more than 500 homes and apartments across New Jersey. Every lease has helped refine the systems and processes we use today.
Today, I work exclusively with rental investors, handling everything from pricing and marketing through showings, screening, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
